Comcast has notified Caroline County government it is increasing its Payment by Phone processing fee, effective August 28.

            In a letter dated July 7 from Kenneth Dye, Director, Government and Community Affairs, the cable company will increase its Payment by Phone process fee via a Comcast customer account executive from $4.95 to $5.99.  Customers will receive notice of the change via a bill message, according to the letter.

            Comcast primarily serves customers on the western end of Caroline County.  Questions and concerns should be directed to Dye at (804) 915-5302.
