Caroline County Community Pride Program
To remind and raise the level of pride in Caroline County and its landscape by all those who live, work, play and visit. It is hoped that all who take from Caroline County’s beauty will rally together to ensure that all is possibly done to protect and preserve this beauty through the upkeep and further investment into all private and public properties.
