The Easter Rabbit made an extra big hop into Caroline last Saturday, landing squarely on the rolling green fields of Mt. Olympus Berry Farm where over 2,000 Easter eggs were hidden by Girl Scouts of Troop 3042.
Three of the eggs were "golden" and won Easter baskets of goodies. Mary West, who operates the farm with her husband Ken, said she didn't have a number on how many egg hunters turned out, but said they had "about 200 cars and each came with a family." "We've never seen that many people on our farm at one time! It far, far exceeded what we expected!" she said.
