Proposed Ordinance to Repeal and Replace Chapter A 130 of the Code of Caroline County (Cable Television Franchises and Activities)

The Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) of Caroline County, Virginia (the “County”) will hold a public hearing in the Community Services Center auditorium located at 17202 Richmond Turnpike (adjacent to Bowling Green Primary School) in Bowling Green, Virginia on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) to consider the adoption of AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL AND REPLACE CHAPTER A130, ARTICLE 1 OF THE CODE OF CAROLINE COUNTY, PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, REGULATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISES AND ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN PURSUANT THERETO.

Persons may appear and present their views at the public hearing. A copy of the full text of the proposed ordinance is on file in the office of the County Administrator at 212 North Main Street, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427 and on the County website here.
