Chair Exercises

Description: Chair exercises will benefit all, not just those who are seniors.  If you have not been active and would like to participate in exercises that invite less pains and strains on the body then join this exercising group.  The class will help to loosen those joints while creating flexibility, muscle strength, and an increase of blood circulation.  Come and experience the benefits of being healthy.
