This 5-Week Fitness Camp is based on High Intensity interval Training (HIIT) designed to provide an excellent cardiovascular workout while strengthening and toning your entire body. During this HIIT workout you will alternate/cycle between very short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief periods of rest.
