1. Flag Football Spring League

    This is a limited contact league meaning there is absolutely no tackling or blocking. Players are less likely to get injured while playing. This league enables everyone to play in many different positions regardless of size, learn football fundamentals, team strategies and play formations. Participants will not only have fun playing this game but they will also develop social skills and participate in conditioning drills. Get into the zone! Game jersey and flags provided.

  2. Bulldog's Football Skills Clinic

    Thinking about joining the parks and recreation "Bulldogs" football program? This clinic provides basic fundamental instructions for all offensive and defensive positions. In addition to conditioning drills relative to the game of football, our goal is that each participant gains a better understanding of the football positions through various skills and drills. Participants need to bring a water bottle, cleats or tennis shoes, and a bag to keep personal belongings in each day.
