Principal Structure (House)
On lots that are 10 or more acres in size:

Front = 150 feet from the road right-of way

On lots that are less than 10 and greater than 5 acres in size:

Front = 125 feet from the road right-of way

On lots that are less than 5 and greater than 2 acres in size:

Accessory Building/Structure
On all lots regardless of the zoning district or size:
