Description: Tired of your child coming directly home from school and lying around only to gain excessive weight? Well, this is the program for your child. Staff will provide conditioning exercise for your child that will include jogging, active recreation games, strength building, etc. Participants will also on occasion be taken on educational field trips to enhance the motivating of maintaining fitness. Nutritious snacks will also be provided for the participants.
