V-02-2023 – Brooks, Laurie, Owner / Brooks, Raymond, Applicant:  Request a variance on tax map #64-A-29B, consisting of 7.92 acres, more or less, zoned Rural Preservation. The property is located on Anderson Mill Road at the Hanover/Caroline County Line, Western Caroline Voting District.  Proposed Variance:  A variance to Article XII, Lot Area & Other Dimensional Requirements within Districts, Section 1, to allow a 75’  encroachment into the required front setback of 125’.  Purpose:  To allow the construction of a single family dwelling 50’ from the front property line.
