Caroline Department of Fire Rescue Receives Donation for Smoke Detectors

On October 2, the Department of Fire Rescue received a donation of $500.00 from Sandy Crayton on behalf of the Richmond Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society Chapter. Every year, the CPCU selects a Richmond area fire department to donate money to for the purchase of smoke detectors. Caroline County was chosen this year and because of the donation received has been able to purchase 115 smoke detectors to be given to the citizens of Caroline.
