Caroline County Sheriff’s Office 2020-2021 Vehicle Maintenance Bid Proposal
The Caroline County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) is requesting a bid be made for supplying vehicle mechanical and maintenance related services and supplies. The garage needs to be physically located within Caroline County. The period of this purchase agreement will start July 1, 2020 and will expire June 30, 2021, unless an express intention to extend the term is entered into via a written agreement of both parties. For billing purposes, all invoices must be received by the CCSO within 60 days of service or invoices will be null and void for payment. All invoices will need to be sent electronically or by mail to the CCSO.
Interested parties must complete both the attached bid price sheet and bidder information sheet. This completed bid proposal may be mailed to P. O. Box 39, Bowling Green, VA 22427 or hand delivered to the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office located at 118 Courthouse Lane, Bowling Green, VA 22427. All proposals must be received, not postmarked, by June 24, 2020 at 3:00 PM and must be sealed in an envelope marked “MAINTENANCE BID 2020/2021”. Late or incomplete bid proposals will be disqualified. The bids will be opened publicly on June 24, 2020 at 3:30 PM at 118 Courthouse Lane. The public is invited to the opening of the seal bids. The Caroline County Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to award an agreement based on criteria other than price alone. The tow company must be located within Caroline County.
